Small business, big opportunities!

I’m late but I’m back!
I will continue the subject of the previous … companies that are not limited and hamper the process of software quality.
Soon, by use this case, because in recent years, I have chosen to leave a large / medium sized company, to work in small businesses or as startups *.
In recent years, contacts, contacts, contacts and information on the subject are viable.
Listening to the good points, the highly qualified people, the cutting-edge technology and the possibility of growth. However, when it comes to quality / testing, this is a slightly different reality.
The vast majority of companies, do not have a quality professional, most of the times, are a systems analyst who validate and verify the system or in some cases the TDD and BDD, replace the quality professionals and other companies that these “testicles” are sufficient (subject for an upcoming post).
The first big step is a company that is of a well-defined process is essential. Another point is wrong, system analysts, developers and programmers are not quality analysts.
Once this is done, some changes must be made, for example, to hire a professional who has knowledge of the product quality process, so that a quality / testing area is “dismantled” from the development itself.
With these “small changes” things begin to flow better. The analyzed ends and improve as stories, as programmers and also as the fun changelog, and the analogues of tests, with their processes of knowledge, tests, techniques, tools, etc …

Well, I guess that was it … I’ll be back soon with more materials on processes, product, quality and test!
I ate!

* Startup are young companies that seek innovation in any area or branch of activity, seeking to develop a business model.
